One of the best places we have stayed in Boone. The attention to details was amazing. Every room and space in this house had a touch of warmth. Andrew has thought of everything the guests could ever need. The place was spacious but still cozy and warm, the kitchen is so well organized and has everything you need. (Great selection of coffee btw😃). Cool game boards, and the outside was just so relaxing and perfect to have your devotional time) definitely a place we would love to come back to..

We absolutely loved our stay! Andrew truly take hospitality to heart and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the welcome beverages and thoughtful toiletries kit to the personalized welcome sign, every detail made us feel special. He clearly pay great attention to detail to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The house was spotless and well-stocked with all the necessities. The secluded location made it especially peaceful and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely recommend this place to other guests and would happily stay again!

Andrew was an amazing host with an incredible attention to detail. Our party was struggling to find a space that would be safe for our car in the winter time, and luckily Andrew saved our weekend! He was flexible, understanding and generous. The house has great snow access, amenities, large backyard and cozy rooms. I would book this space again in a heartbeat!!!

This was the perfect spot for our Boone ski trip. Sugar Mountain was only about a 35-minute drive if you headed out early, which made it really convenient for hitting the slopes. The house itself was very clean, cozy, and well kept great for relaxing after skiing all day. Andrew was an outstanding host: friendly, quick to communicate, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a ski getaway in the area!

Andrew's place was the cleanest and most organized place I've truly ever seen! He has an amazing hosting personality and I've never seen someone strive to accommodate the guests needs in such a personalized way. Forget 5 star hotels...this experience was beyond 5 star! I’d love to gatekeep this place but the hosts deserve this review. From arrival, the hosts made us feel welcome with a personalized sign with our names & our favorite drinks stocked in the fridge. Each room was thoughtfully prepared with essentials including makeup wipes, razors, and extra toilet paper, etc…details we’ve never experienced at another Airbnb. We were initially hesitant since the hosts live upstairs, but we didn’t even know they were home most of the time because they were so quiet and respectful. The property is peaceful and beautifully landscaped, with a creek and outdoor seating areas we loved. Our kids especially enjoyed the hammocks and exploring the property for hours. Inside, the space is modern, spotless, and inviting, with wood finishes and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect! Close to Boone & the grocery store, yet secluded to feel like a mountain retreat! Highly recommend and we will be back!

One of the best Airbnb homes we have stayed in! By far one of the cleanest! Everything we needed was provided down to the smallest detail! We loved the sound machines, diffusers, robes, slippers, and goodies left for our arrival. We enjoyed exploring nature all around the home from the pond, the creek, the hill, and the big open space for the kids to run and play. We throughly enjoyed our stay! WOW this Airbnb was absolutely AMAZING! The pictures truly did not do it justice because in person it was even more gorgeous. The space was beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay beyond comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, very accommodating, and responded super fast to any questions we had. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. This place was worth every single penny If you’re visiting Boone, BOOK THIS PLACE. You will not regret it one bit. It’s worth every dime and then some. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
