This is an amazing place. The property is beautiful and relaxing: tons of space, peaceful brooks, great seating spots around the property, even have your own soccer field. The home itself was impeccable. Has everything you need and more. They have thought of everything! Great location, 15 min from downtown Boone and a ton of hiking and outdoor activities. A must stay.

Perfect spot for families with kids! This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Everything labeled. Communication clear and quick. The home is clean and cozy. The property is stunning. My family and I spent two nights here and we wished we could stay longer. The creek was a hit with the kids. We played soccer, whiffle ball and explored! Super close to downtown as well. Andrew and his family live above the space but do not worry about that. They are incredibly accommodating and give you the space you want - and hands down the best host you’ll encounter. Check out - insane. You know how most places you have to do a million things before you leave? Not here. It was the easiest checkout I’ve ever experienced. This was one of my favorite places we have stayed in Boone and we will be back!

Andrew was so kind, responsive, and helpful. He gave suggestions for my kids and even started a fire for us. The place itself was immaculate and so organized. I had no reservations about letting my little one crawl/walk around and we could find everything we needed. And they include so many thoughtful touches; my kids loved the hot chocolate and s’mores they left for them. I would absolutely 100% stay here again and hope to soon. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is exactly that, a home. Clearly filled with love and positive intentions. This is not just a place to stay while you vacation but this place is a vacation. The home is clean and equipped with everything you would need but it isn’t just that. The host family makes this place special. The thought they have put into each room, not to mention the outside areas. They are stunning. From a private soccer field to a private creek running through the property, this place has it all. The host is also on property but you would never know. Amazing home, flawless property and host that make your stay perfect equals a priceless experience. Whether it is just a private two person experience or the whole family, this home is well worth each dollar spent. It isn’t just a home or a little getaway, it was an entire experience.
