Andrew's place was the cleanest and most organized place I've truly ever seen! He has an amazing hosting personality and I've never seen someone strive to accommodate the guests needs in such a personalized way. Forget 5 star hotels...this experience was beyond 5 star! Absolutely hope his place is available next time we visit this area. Thank you Andrew!

I’d love to gatekeep this place but the hosts deserve this review. From arrival, the hosts made us feel welcome with a personalized sign with our names & our favorite drinks stocked in the fridge. Each room was thoughtfully prepared with essentials including makeup wipes, razors, and extra toilet paper, etc…details we’ve never experienced at another Airbnb. We were initially hesitant since the hosts live upstairs, but we didn’t even know they were home most of the time because they were so quiet and respectful. The property is peaceful and beautifully landscaped, with a creek and outdoor seating areas we loved. Our kids especially enjoyed the hammocks and exploring the property for hours. Inside, the space is modern, spotless, and inviting, with wood finishes and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect! Close to Boone & the grocery store, yet secluded to feel like a mountain retreat! Highly recommend and we will be back!

One of the best Airbnb homes we have stayed in! By far one of the cleanest! Everything we needed was provided down to the smallest detail! We loved the sound machines, diffusers, robes, slippers, and goodies left for our arrival. We enjoyed exploring nature all around the home from the pond, the creek, the hill, and the big open space for the kids to run and play. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Book with them today, you will not regret it!

WOW this Airbnb was absolutely AMAZING! The pictures truly did not do it justice because in person it was even more gorgeous. The space was beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay beyond comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, very accommodating, and responded super fast to any questions we had. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. This place was worth every single penny If you’re visiting Boone, BOOK THIS PLACE. You will not regret it one bit. It’s worth every dime and then some. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The living space was spacious but also absolutely spotless—it was extremely clean and well-maintained. The owners included thoughtful necessities we often forget, such as high-quality toiletries and comfortable slippers. We especially appreciated the post-booking questionnaire and the comprehensive online use guide; this personalized approach allowed the owners to customize a few extra items specifically for our needs, which was a lovely touch. The location is ideal, close to Boone, and very easy to access. We hope to return when the weather is warmer to fully take advantage of the beautiful surrounding scenery! Highly recommended

Everything about the property was great. Andrew is an excellent host, he’s meticulously decorated the house with all the kitchen and entertainment tools. The location is perfect with a great yard and fire pits. We loved staying there. Kids enjoyed playing in the soccer field. Super clean and cozy house. You will not regret staying there.
